In this training, I will share 2 vital things regarding entrepreneur vs employee mindset and everything you need to know after that.
The Entrepreneur Vs Employee Mindset
If you’re reading this, then you properly fit in one, or the other. However, does your mindset FOCUS on the entrepreneur side, or the employee side?
Before we get into this, it’s important to note that neither is bad. The world needs employees and working a job is an honorable thing. Yet, a entrepreneur is a whole different thing and requires you to be all in to become successful.
So, let’s begin…
Security Vs. Freedom
Let’s face it, most of us have been raised by employees. We’re told to leave school, go to college, go to university, get a good job, and save up for retirement. And this resolves around “secure jobs” and security.
It’s been drilled into us from a early age (our parents, teachers, friends, and bosses), so we believe it’s the truth.
And there is nothing wrong with any of this. It’s perfectly fine!
But, if you value freedom above all else then a employee mindset will not help you achieve true freedom. It simply cannot happen.
When you have a true entrepreneur mindset, then it will drive you to be better. To help more people and have a greater vision for bigger and better goals, and for a higher standard of living.
Time for Money Vs. Creating Value for Money
Employees think by the hour. You work a certain amount of hours each day, and at the end of the month you get paid. It’s the security part I talked about above.
However, entrepreneurs think by helping others. They get paid by the amount of value they deliver to the marketplace.
Entrepreneurs value their ideas and knowledge.
People will always pay other entrepreneurs that can help them achieve their goals. And when you have value to give, you can develop an income and never have to trade your time for money again.
Now that you know the difference, it’s up to YOU to rewire your brain and focus on ether the entrepreneur side (true freedom), or the employee side (job security), so choose wisely.
